2. Reservations and Bookings
- All reservations need to be placed ahead of time, and they are always subject to availability
- Customers have to provide solid booking information, including full name, contact number pickup location, and payment information
- A booking is only considered confirmed after we send a confirmation email or message, or a direct confirmation from our team
- We keep the right to refuse, or cancel reservations when the information is incomplete, if fraud is suspected, or if the service is unavailable
3. Pricing and Payments
- Our service rates can change without prior notice; however, the confirmed booking price will still remain valid once the reservation is finished.
- Full payment must be made before the transportation service starts, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Payments might be accepted through approved payment methods told to you during the booking stage.
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, route changes, tolls, or special requests as well.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By utilizing our services, clients consent to the following
- Provide complete and accurate booking information
- Get to the appointed pickup spot by the time we agreed on
- Present proper identification plus the booking confirmation if asked.
- Respect the driver, the vehicle, and also the pertinent safety rules
- Keep illegal, hazardous, or banned materials out of the car entirely
- Any damage caused by a customer to the vehicle may result in additional charges
5. Delays and Service Limitations
Even if we try to stay punctual and dependable, we will not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by things outside our reasonable reach, including but not limited to,
- Traffic buildup
- Weather happenings
- Road closures
- Mechanical issues
- Government restrictions or emergencies
We also reserve the right to swap the assigned vehicle with another vehicle in a similar or higher category when needed.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings during transport.
- is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
- Our liability for any claim linked to the service shall be limited to the amount paid for the transportation service in question, where permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes coming from the use of our services will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable region.
