Cancellation Policy

Look, we get it; plans change. So, that scheduling stays smooth for everyone and it stays fair, here’s how cancellations are handled on our side in a straightforward way.

Advance Cancellation

Please make sure any cancellation happens at least 24 hours before the planned booking or service time. Doing it that far ahead helps us slot in other clients and keep everything running in order, pretty much.

No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, unfortunately, you will not receive a refund. The reason is fairly plain: the shorter the warning, the harder it is for us to rebook that exact timeslot we had already reserved.

Exceptional Circumstances

We also know that unexpected situations do happen. In a few unusual cases, refunds or cancellation fee waivers might be considered, but only when they involve things like

 

  • Major global events  
  • Government restrictions  
  • Other unavoidable, big-scale disruptions

 

In every case, it will be examined individually, and the final decision remains at our discretion, no exceptions.
